I not a big sitcom guy, but I must admit I get a kick out of How I Met Your Mother, although the narrative premise of Ted’s neverending tale about how he met the mother of his kids has been getting stale for some time now (and really isn’t that important for most of the best episodes). This clip is from the end of the recent episode “The Bracket,” and features a fun, if not too subtle, play on Neil Partick Harris’ former television role, that of teen doctor Doogie Howser, M.D. Larger version available inside the Full Diagnosis.
