- Title: The Big Bang Theory – The Indecision Amalgamation

Indecision and regret are the themes of the week as Raj (Kunal Nayyar) is surprised to earn a second chance with two different women he alienated in the past, Sheldon (Jim Parsons) struggles over the choice between the PS4 and the Xbox One, Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) frets over a message left on a get-well-soon card )which could very easily be taken the wrong way), and Penny (Kaley Cuoco) reconsiders the role in the cheesy gorilla horror flick sequel when the part becomes available once more.
Along with scenes of Amy (Mayim Bialik) loosing patience while attempting to be supportive during Sheldon’s dilemma, and Penny taking perverse glee in Bernadette’s accidental horrific message telling her co-worker to basically drop dead, the episode is also highlighted by another appearance by Wil Wheaton (playing himself) who Leonard (Johnny Galecki) calls on to help Penny make her decision. Although not helpful, Wheaton’s appearance does offer one of the show’s best end-credit sequences of the season.
My only complaint with Sheldon’s dilemma is I would expect the character to already have a favorite system which would likely sway him one way or the other (after all this is a character with an opinion about everything). Each of the stories provides laughs and I was pleasantly surprised to see the show bring back Laura Spencer as a new potential love interest for Raj, and after teasing us about Penny’s possible involvement in the Serial Apeist sequel the episode finally gives a peak at both the script and the behind-the-scenes of the film.
