- Title: Hawaii Five-0 – O kela me keia manawa
- wiki: link
McGarrett (Alex O’Loughlin) calls on Grover’s (Chi McBride) help to find the SWAT Commander’s friend, a missing philanthropic bartender (Karl Makinen) who put one gangbanger (Zeus Krang) in the morgue and another in the hospital (Eugene Shaw) after they jumped him outside the bar. The situation is complicated after Chin Ho (Daniel Dae Kim) learns the gang attack was a hired hit and Five-0 discovers Grover’s pal is a military vet wanted by the FBI for his part in an armed robbery and homicide, a fact he’s kept from his wife (Laurie Fortier) and children.
While fretting over Grace (Teilor Grubbs) growing up and spending time at a cheerleading camp, Danny (Scott Caan) comes to the aid of a lost New York transplant (Lili Simmons) looking for a new start who somehow gets herself shot on the road near a bikini modeling shoot with automatic weapons and a fishing family’s boat just off the coast. The accidental shooting proves to have no malicious intent, and the unusual circumstances of the entire incident appear to have brought a new possible longterm love interest into Danny’s life. (And based on the chemistry we see here, one I completely approve of).
The main storyline furthers the bonding between McGarrett and Grover, but still leaves the reason for the SWAT Commander’s relocation to Hawaii a mystery. And after searching for Adam (Ian Anthony Dale) for months Kono (Grace Park) finally finds him working as a dishwasher in Vancouver. As Grover and the rest of Five-0 celebrate the closing another case, and allowing Grover’s friend to say goodbye to his wife and family before heading to prison, Kono and Adam walk through the door to finally reunite the team. Welcome home Kono; we’ve missed you.
