- Title: Continuum – Power Hour

Kiera (Rachel Nichols) continues to struggle to deal with the future soldiers by continuing her shaky alliance with Garza (Luvia Petersen) on an information-gathering mission about their adversaries motivations that will leave another former Liber8 member dead. Meanwhile both Alec (Erik Knudsen) and Julian (Richard Harmon) take steps to change their futures as “Power Hour” continues to move Continuum one step closer to the series finale.
While firmly entrenching Kellog (Stephen Lobo) and his future soldiers as the final threat Kiera must defeat, the show continues to tease both us and the woman from the future with the fact that her adversary may also be her best chance at ever making it home. Julian and Alec’s individual choices to run from the men they fear they will eventually become lead to an intriguing conversation between the pair as Alec puts a reluctant Julian back on the path to becoming (what he hopes will be a less violent version of) Theseus.
Lucas‘ (Omari Newton) death only further complicates Kiera and Garza truce but it does force Kiera to consider harsh truths about Brad (Ryan Robbins) which she’s been reluctant to discuss. Even with Alec now working for the department, Kiera’s obvious confusion about both her loyalties and her future leave our heroine with some hard choices as the show hits the midpoint of its final season with only three episodes remaining.
