Hawaii Five-0 - O kela me keia manawa

McGarrett (Alex O’Loughlin) calls on Grover’s (Chi McBride) help to find the SWAT Commander’s friend, a missing philanthropic bartender (Karl Makinen) who put one gangbanger (Zeus Krang) in the morgue and another in the hospital (Eugene Shaw) after they jumped him outside the bar. The situation is complicated after Chin Ho (Daniel Dae Kim) learns the gang attack was a hired hit and Five-0 discovers Grover’s pal is a military vet wanted by the FBI for his part in an armed robbery and homicide, a fact he’s kept from his wife (Laurie Fortier) and children.

Christmas Eve brings the case of a murdered burglar (Danny Barclay) to Five-0 whose body was dumped in the trunk of an abandoned car in a junkyard. Five-0 picks up the man’s partner (Scott Subiono) but to find the actual crime scene and killer Catherine (Michelle Borth) and Chin Ho (Daniel Dae Kim) search for the final house the victim robbed. Although Chin finds the right house, the owner (James Urbaniak) has good reason for not reporting the break-in and making sure the thief never spoke of what he found in the man’s wall safe.

Halloween comes to a Hawaii with a new bizarre mystery as Max (Masi Oka) witnesses, and is infected by, a doctor behaving like a zombie during a outside screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Although Five-0 doesn’t accept that the man is actually a zombie, the more the delve into the unusual case the more creepy it becomes. The team discovers the doctor was overdosed with a mind-controlling and hallucinatory drug which was used by his puppet masters to force the doctor to remove the head of a corpse of a young woman who died in a routine traffic accident from the morgue before going into a homicidal rage.

As Kono (Grace Park) and Adam (Ian Anthony Dale) torture a Yakuza hitman for the name of who put a hit out on both of them, Five-0 is called in to investigate the murder of a wedding crasher and the attempted murder of a runaway bride (Lacey Beeman) on the day of her wedding. Chin Ho (Daniel Dae Kim) manages to find a connection between the two victims who were actually brother and sister wedding scam artists. Both the groom (Alex Ashbaugh) and his mother (Rebecca De Mornay) are shocked by the news of her past despite their lawyer’s (Bruce Nozick) detailed background check.
