The Batman & Scooby-Doo Mysteries #9

Taking place in Crystal Cove rather than Gotham City, Batman, Batgirl, and Commissioner Gordon are all on hand to see Mystery, Inc. be awarded the key to the city (and another gift which is saved for the last panel). Although it eventually provides a memorable creepy moment when the Joker shows up, the story has a few too many parts for its limited page count and is completely disjointed with threads that don’t initially feel connected.
