The second episode of Batman: Caped Crusader starts when the actress Bruce Wayne (Hamish Linklater) is dating goes missing after their night out together. Batman’s investigation leads him into a swordfight on the set (in proper Errol Flynn style). The fight’s end leads our detective to uncover the bodies of a producer and co-star of the film who somehow Montoya (Michelle C. Bonilla) talked with after he was already dead (we also get an early scene where Montoya asks Bruce questions as well, seeing her appear multiple times over the course of the investigation).

The first episode of the series sees gang war heating up with someone taking shots at crime boss Rupert Thorne by blowing up his factories. Batman (Hamish Linklater) confronts a corrupt cop eventually leading him to nightclub owner turned would-be criminal mastermind the Penguin (Minnie Driver).
