Moon Knight - The Complete First Season

The complete First Season of Disney+’s Moon Knight is included in this two-disc Collector’s Edition 4K Steelbook. The season introduces mercenary Marc Spector and mild mannered Steven Grant (Oscar Isaac) and their alter-ego as the avatar of the Khonshu (F. Murray Abraham) defending the travelers of the night.

Presented mostly from Grant’s point of view, confused by his loss of time and the other personalities and abilities within him, the show slowly reveals the truth with Grant and Spector eventually forced to work together to save Marc’s former girlfriend Layla (May Calamawy) and the rest of the world from Arthur Harrow (Ethan Hawke) and his god Ammit (Saba Mubarak) planning to judge the entire world not on what they have done, but what they might be possible of doing over their lifetimes. Let’s just say it doesn’t turn out well for those found unworthy.

My favorite episode of the series in the show’s second episode featuring Steven summoning the suit for the first time as well as begining to understand the reasons for his blackouts and just how bizarre the world he is living in can get. Other highlights include the show’s opening episode which waits until the end to reveal Moon Knight and the appropriately entitled “Asylum” in which the realities of both Marc and Steven are questioned.

The two-disc set includes all six episodes, deleted scenes, a gag reel, a featurette on the mythology of the series, and a featurette on the the making of the show.
