- Title: The Batman & Scooby-Doo Mysteries #1

Kicking off a new twelve-issue run of mysteries, The Batman & Scooby-Doo Mysteries reunites Mystery, Inc. with the Dynamic Duo in the long-abandoned ghost town of Miner’s Infraction which has earned their interest for recent odd occurrences which trace back to Ubu and the henchman’s master Ra’s al Ghul.
The comic also features Man-of-Bats as our protagonists split up into two separate groups to check on other Batmen of All Nations whose recent troubles prove not to be related to Ra’s machinations (but do provide some cameos). However, our detectives get back on the track, eventually catching up to the League of Shadows in Turkey as the fate of the world turns out to rely on Daphne‘s fencing lessons. Although not the biggest fan of Batman, Inc., I’m happy to see this comic back and the goofy concept of the various Batmen does fit the tone of the comic well.
