Spider-Man: Black Suit & Blood #3 offers three more tales. We get two tales of the ultra-aggressive Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man during his time wearing the symbiote and one Spidey-adjacent story. Taking place during the events of Secret Wars, “Whatever Happened to Master Blood” inserts the super-villain Master Blood into events of the series only for Kang to take out the competition, wiping him from existence, rather than allow Blood to get his hands on the symbiote before Spider-Man.
The other two stories also feature the symbiote, but this time being worn by Spider-Man. In “Neighborhood Watch” Spidey looks for the daughter of Aunt May’s neighbor who was abducted by Tombstone‘s goons. And in “Cornerstone” we see Spider-Man battling Mysterio who uses items stolen from the Fantastic Four Museum against the Web-Head. Both stories focus on the symbiote altering Peter Parker’s emotional state focusing on Spider-Man loosing his cool and continuing to hurt the villains even after he already defeated them.
