Mistaking an important messenger looking for Shifu (Fred Tatasciore) to peruse a peace treaty for one of his fans, Po (Mick Wingert) accidentally signs his name to the document in the worst possible manner. The Dragon Warrior and Tigress (Kari Wahlgren) to set out to stop the messenger before he delivers Po’s message of to “Always keep fighting, never surrender,” to the two warring gorilla armies ready to plunge all of China into their feud.
Their quest to stop the elderly goat turns out to be harder than the two Kung Fu masters expected when Kweng (Jim Meskimen) proves to be more than a worthy opponent and is ready to lay down his life to prevent unauthorized handling of the peace treaty in his care. The fight takes Po, Tigress, and one of Po’s Panda Pals across the town square, high above the ground aboard Kweng’s blimp, and into the official home offices of the Kung Fu Express.
The increasingly absurd battle, which includes Kweng jumping rope between two scrolls held by Tigress and Po and the complete destruction of the Kung Fu Express headquarters, is only stopped by the arrival of the pair of gorilla warlords who turn out to be two of the Dragon Warrior’s biggest fans. And so the mess begun with Po’s unchecked celebrity and autograph sessions, much to Tigress’ chagrin, ends in the same manner.
