- Title: Star Wars Rebels – Always Two There Are
- wiki: link
Searching an abandoned Old Republic post for valuable medical supplies, Ezra (Taylor Gray), Chopper, Sabine (Tiya Sircar), and Zeb (Steven Blum) run into not one (Philip Anthony-Rodriguez) but two (Sarah Michelle Gellar) Inquisitors who want to ask the young padawan about the whereabouts of Ahsoka Tano (Ashley Eckstein). Although the group manages to escape with the supplies, “Always Two There Are” reminds viewers about the dark days ahead for the burgeoning Rebellion until the day a farm boy will journey from his desert home in search of a princess in need of his help.
Although the episode does introduce two Inquisitors, and the knowledge that there are even more of them out there trained by their fallen master, we don’t get much information about either in their first appearance. The female Inquisitor’s use of modified probe droids gives is intriguing but we really don’t get much of a feel for her opposite number other than to learn that although both serve the Empire they don’t necessarily work well together. With Vader‘s minions hunting both the Rebels and Ahsoka can it be too long before the student faces her former master and discovers just what has become of the man she once knew as Anakin Skywalker?
